Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Change of mind returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Original postage charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of the item and any damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
