We specialise in cross‑stitch and embroidery supplies. Due to the nature of these products:

  • Colour variations may occur between dye lots and may appear differently on screens.

  • Fabric cuts may vary by approximately ±1–2 cm due to manual cutting.

  • Hand‑dyed or handmade items may have natural variation.

  • Digital patterns and downloadable files are non‑returnable.

  • Needles, scissors, and other sharp tools must be used responsibly; we are not liable for misuse.


3. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

4. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Custom orders or special fabric cuts may require additional time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping

We ship to Australia using Australia Post.

  • Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days, but delays may occur.

  • Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit delays lies with the carrier.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

  • Lost parcel investigations will be assisted, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
